1. Digital Product Purchases are Final

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, all sales of digital ebooks are final and non-refundable once the download has begun.

2. Your Statutory Right to Cancel ("Cooling-Off Period")

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you typically have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel a purchase for any reason.

However, this right does not apply to digital content if you have given your express consent to the download starting within the 14-day period and have acknowledged that, by doing so, you lose your right to cancel.

When you purchase a digital ebook from our website, you are required at checkout to:

  1. Expressly consent to the immediate download of the digital product.

  2. Acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel the contract once the download begins.

By agreeing to this at checkout, you waive your right to a "cooling-off" period refund. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products if you change your mind, find you have purchased the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

3. Faulty or Defective Products

Your statutory rights are not affected if a product is faulty.

If we are unable to provide a working replacement or repair the file within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us at info@leaningwithkids.co.uk with the order numbers for the duplicate purchases. We will happily issue a refund for the duplicate transaction(s).
